We had an exceptional experience at The Garden City Hotel! I reserved the Presidential Suite for my niece’s wedding weekend, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make such a special occasion even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and care. The staff knew me by name, anticipated our needs, and made sure we had everything we needed in the suite throughout the weekend. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The Presidential Suite was beautiful and the perfect setting for such an important family celebration. Thank you to the entire Garden City Hotel team for helping make my niece’s wedding weekend so special. The service was outstanding from beginning to end, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone celebrating a special occasion!
Here for a family wedding but extended it through 4 days as I flew in from out of state. Room + beds were cozy, clean, I got to catch up on much needed sleep. Great selections of retail products in spa, I loved walking around the cute neighborhood each day, I loved The Patio and Hugo Spritz + Oysters, it was delicious every time and bartenders were friendly and checked on me every few minutes, Dining selections were cooked to perfection at the King room. Tony the Front Office leader gave impeccable customer service, even when there was an elevator malfunction, he had immediate solutions while it was being fixed, housekeeping crew on the 6th floor were always available and helpful. The customer experience was exceptional all around and took prescience over everything. Wedding was beautifully executed as well.
To the staff and especially Pamela Colemen at The Garden City Hotel, I just wanted to say thank you for the great service during my stay. The hotel was so clean and well taken care of, and I really appreciated all the attention to detail. My room was spotless, organized, and very comfortable, which made my stay even better. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for all their hard work and consistency. It’s obvious that a lot of care goes into keeping everything looking so good. Please pass along my appreciation to everyone involved. Your effort really did not go unnoticed, and it made a big difference in my experience. We recently hosted my 50th birthday celebration at The Garden City Hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The highlight of the evening was the The Rose Room, which might just be the coolest kept secret on Long Island. The adventure begins with a short golf cart ride from the valet to a slightly sketchy entrance that leads to the most incredible hidden private bar. It’s all part of the fun, and my guests couldn’t stop talking about how unique and exciting the whole experience was. The service was fantastic from start to finish. The food was delicious, and the rainbow cookies were absolutely decadent — people are still talking about them! Our bartenders, Carlos and Greg, were outstanding and kept the energy fun all night. A very special thank you to Chris, who helped plan the event and truly went above and beyond. He confirmed every detail, accommodated my last-minute requests, and made sure everything ran smoothly so I could simply enjoy the celebration. We also stayed overnight at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the hotel staff provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday, and we’re already looking forward to planning our next stay. Highly recommend!
